Ingredients:
- Chilean salmon (1 kg)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Rosemary
Step-by-step preparation
- First, season the salmon. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the fillet and spread it well so that the seasoning sticks to the fish. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and massage until the entire piece is seasoned. Preheat the oven to 200°C for about 20 minutes.
- The second step is to prepare the baking tray. For this, you will need a baking dish or tray, which can be made of steel or earthenware. Add oil and spread it over the entire surface so that the salmon does not stick. You can add some vegetables such as peppers, onions, and tomato slices to cook alongside the fish.
- Once our salmon is well seasoned and the oven is preheated, we will cook the salmon for about 10 to 15 minutes at 190ºC until the fish is well cooked or roasted. It is important not to exceed this time, otherwise the salmon may overcook and the dish will be very dry.
A tip to know if our salmon is ready is: Press gently with a fork and if the fish flakes apart, it means it is ready.
